Automations
AI automations and agents for small teams.
We connect the tools you already pay for and automate the repeat work: inquiries sorted as they arrive, statements reconciled in one pass, follow-ups sent on schedule. Built in n8n, Make or Zapier, or as custom code with Claude when a no-code tool runs out of road.
What we automate
- Lead intake and routing. Website forms, email and marketplace messages land in one place, tagged by source, with spam filtered out and a status on every lead.
- Documents and statements. Spreadsheets, PDFs and exports read, matched and reconciled, with the exceptions flagged for a person.
- AI agents with a human in the loop. Claude drafts the reply, the summary or the report; someone on your team approves it before it goes out.
- The glue between tools. Gmail, Google Sheets, your CRM, Slack and Stripe kept in sync, so nobody copies data between tabs.
Recent work
Stakks: royalty statements in one pass
A record label drops in its distributor exports (CSV, XLSX, even French headers or UTF-16 files) and the app reconciles every row to the cent, then drafts artist statements for a person to lock. On demo data, 3,470 rows are read, classified and written in a few seconds.
Our own inquiry hub
Every Blush Response lead (website briefs, email, Fiverr and Upwork) flows into one command center built on Gmail. It tags each one by source, tracks its status and filters out the scam messages marketplaces are full of.
How we start
- Pick one workflow your team repeats every week.
- We map it step by step, including the exceptions people handle by hand today.
- We build it and run it alongside your current process until the results match.
- Then you switch over, with a short guide to what runs where and how to change it.
Questions
- n8n, Make, Zapier or custom code?
- Whichever is cheapest to run and easiest for your team to own. Simple handoffs between apps fit Zapier or Make. Branching workflows with AI steps often fit n8n. When volume, cost or data rules outgrow those, we write it as code.
- Where does our data go?
- Automations run in your own accounts wherever possible, and AI steps only see the fields they need. We'll tell you exactly which services touch which data before anything is built.
- What does it cost?
- A fixed quote per workflow after we've mapped it, plus whatever the tools themselves charge to run, which we estimate up front.
Tools we work in: n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, Google Workspace APIs, Node.js and Python.
